RUM DOODLE

I mentioned in an earlier post that I had been reading a satirical climbing book called The Ascent Of Rum Doodle, it's a cult classic in climbing / mountaineering circles. Back in Kathmandu we decided to revisit the Rum Doodle Bar not only to drink cheap mojitos, but to fill in a giant foot to commemorate our mountain adventure. One side detailed the silly parts of the journey, the other is a shout out to all the folk we met along the way.

Amongst all the feet were a few celebrity feet, Edward Hillary (First man to scale Everest) and Chris Bonington (A famous mountaineer) to name a couple.

Our foot should be hanging from the ceiling forever more so if you're ever in town, take a right straight after you enter the bar and look up.
